REEVES PHEASANT
We have now put the Reeves Pheasant into production with 6 different bloodlines. This is a very beautifully colored bird and a great flyer. The Reeves male can grow up to an eight foot tail which would be a prize for anyone. Reeves pheasants are a very hardy bird that can take both hot and cold temperatures. Limited numbers are available, so whether you are using them for show or sport the Reeves pheasants is an excellent choice.

TRUE SILVER PHEASANT
Another stunning pheasant raised here at Olesen's Flyway is the True Silver Pheasant. This is the most common of the Silver Pheasant species. A very hardy bird and one of the first to start laying eggs in spring sometimes as early as February. These pheasants are 2nd year breeders but may be fertile the first year. The Silver Pheasant is a great bird for beginners and a very colorful bird to have around your place.

100% FRENCH REDLEG PARTRIDGE
At Olesen's Flyway we have 100% pure Redleg Partridge. Very similar in color and size to the Rock or Chukar Partridge. These birds are very flighty birds and have great color. You can use these birds to cross with your chukars or keep them pure.
